My Graduation Day In Primary School

Image
      #     Its already the end of my primary school, and I had my graduation last Friday.     My friends and I kept laughing and crying during the graduation. At the start of the graduation, my friends and I were standing behind the stage to get our diplomas. Everyone was as nervous as if we were going on a roller coaster. Afterwards, we sang our farewell songs and everyone's   eyes  were full of tears as we sang on the stage. To lighten up the mood, the dancer in our school performed a beautiful and elegant dance. There were also musical instrument performances that everyone enjoyed. After all the performance ended, everyone had puffy eyes for all the crying we did. Then, we all gathered together and took our last photos. After the graduation, I said my last words to my beloved  teachers   and     fri ends  and  appreciate our very last memories together. It was a very heart bre aking moment for me to say goodbye to my friends. I might  not even see or meet my friends ever again.

Getting to know my students. A Daddy's Daycare in Malaysia.

Every year as sure as the sun will rise. students will leave and new students will arrive.  But ignoring that let's ask a deeper question...why is a dude now running a daycare and how does that work? Well to be honest there are weird moments when I introduce myself and my career.  Awkward even as when they hear me say that I am a daycare teacher. daycare operator, childcare provider and etc it often triggers a curious response. Yes. I am in a field largely held by women.  As a child I was raised in this childcare environment which makes it a very lively and merry home indeed. My parents operated from our home,  and went on to run bigger daycares for almost four decades with perhaps over a thousand children having come through our doors.  Through most of the process I was witness and participant in helping to run the daycare. In Form 1 I would be up at 4am to help prep the meals and porridge for the kids.  When I was back from school I would help watch and teach the daycare children
