Why is my kid always sick??? Why is my kid infected so often js your school filthy.!?! We hear this from time to time and often with new first time parents. There, there …..take a breathe. Its very normal. Here is why….. For the first timers, either to daycare, kindergarten, preschool or primary school… your kids are gonna get sick. Like a lot. The immune system will be tested and eventually over time a healthier stronger child will emerge. It can take up to a year and during that year you can expect frequent colds, tummy aches, runs and etc. Even a few pabic visits to the ER. But at the other end of it , will emerge a child who can mingle and mix with the best of them. The same is said of the adult teachers who first start teaching and get ill throughout the first year. There are things you can do to help prep your kid for the storm to come. Teach good hygiene habits, masks and hand washing before n after meals. Good n healthy nutrition. Stress management and sporadic playg
